  • Experienced and strong AI Architect / Lead to develop, deploy, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in machine learning and generative AI with a focus on deploying scalable AI solutions that drive business value.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    Development & Implementation:
  • Strong development skills with experience in building production grade codes
  • Prior real time implementation experience production deployment of LLMs and/or agents at a client
  • Preferably having experience with LinGPT
  • LLM Fine-Tuning & Optimization:
  • Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases to enhance performance and relevance.
  • Experiment with and refine prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM outputs in line with business requirements.
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):
  • Develop and implement RAG frameworks to enhance information retrieval from external datasets and augment the performance of generative AI models.
  • Build systems to retrieve and integrate relevant knowledge for improving AI-generated content accuracy.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Manage a team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Work cross-functionally with business, engineering, and data teams to ensure successful AI model deployment and value realization.
  • Model Deployment & Monitoring:
  • Lead the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
  • Monitor model performance, manage updates, and implement continuous learning to improve results.
  • Innovation & AI Trends:
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI research, tools, and trends, particularly in generative AI and LLMs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Explore new AI applications and use cases that can drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields. PhD preferred but not required.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in development and deployment of AI/ML projects, with a strong emphasis on large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with integrating AI solutions into cloud data ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other generative AI techniques.
  • Experience deploying AI models in production environments and optimizing them for scalability and performance.
  • Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Expertise in Snowflake data ecosystem and AI platform integration.
  • Proficiency in building and fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices for AI model deployment.
