WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a social media assistant who lives and breathes social media. If you excel in project coordination, managing social media accounts, or being a part of content creation, we want to hear from you! Whether you have experience in all these areas or excel in just one or two, your skills should help coordinate and support our content workflows. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a social media assistant at Limitless, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks based on your skills and experience. We welcome individuals who can excel in one or more of the following areas of the content creation process:

CONTENT RESERACH & CREATION
- Utilize TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to research trending topics and ideas.
- Assist in scripting for our clients by leveraging research on apps like TikTok and using AI tools to draft ideas for content
- Review content for spelling, accuracy, viral potential, editing techniques, and storytelling quality. Proficiency in short-form video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut is a huge plus!
- Design and implement engaging Instagram stories for clients to regularly connect with their audiences.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Manage: Content calendar and ensure all scheduled content aligns with the client’s marketing strategy.
- Publish: Content accurately on all platforms for each client while ensuring each post fits the appropriate channel.
- Engage: With and grow social media communities.
- Promotion: Promote products or services for clients.

ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Track: Social media metrics to demonstrate lead generation and sales. Prepare reports using tools like Agorapulse, highlighting key insights.
- Create: Weekly and monthly decks with data visualizations and insights.

CLIENT RELATIONS
- Communication: Address client inquiries and provide updates via iMessage, Email, Slack, and meetings.
- Client Meetings: Present updates on content progress and gather feedback. Edit AI-transcribed meeting summaries into actionable next steps.

REQUIREMENTS
- Availability: Minimum of 30 hours per week, with the potential for more based on project needs.
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing tailored for social media platforms.
- English Proficiency: Excellent English speaking skills with impeccable grammar.
- Equipment: Laptop or computer with fast, reliable internet connection.
- Timezone: Comfortable working PST hours (GMT-8)
