Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Planning Consultant with expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Supply Planning. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience and a solid understanding of IBP principles, with a strong focus on Supply Planning. This role requires a professional who is capable of optimizing the supply chain, improving demand-supply balance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation and optimization of IBP solutions for Supply Planning.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply planning strategies with business goals.
Ensure efficient demand-supply matching through collaborative planning processes.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply planning.
Provide subject matter expertise on IBP, particularly in supply planning processes and tools.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure that demand forecasts are accurately reflected in the supply plan.
Continuously improve supply chain processes and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
Provide training and support to users on IBP systems and processes.
Identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and challenges.

Mandatory Skills:

Extensive experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), specifically in the Supply Planning area.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and processes.
Proven ability to optimize supply planning processes and ensure demand-supply balance.
Experience in using IBP tools (SAP IBP, or similar platforms).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
