Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Acquisition & Performance Manager to drive scalable and sustainable growth across all lead acquisition channels. This role focuses on lead generation, funnel optimization, paid and organic growth strategies, and continuous performance improvements to maximize customer acquisition and revenue.
As a key player in our Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing paid media, scaling multi-channel acquisition efforts, and improving overall marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment, understands conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance marketing, and growth experimentation, and has a track record of executing high-impact strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Lead Generation
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel acquisition efforts (paid, organic, partnerships, affiliates).
Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Oversee SEO and organic growth strategies in collaboration with the content and SEO team.
Develop partnerships, affiliate programs, and referral marketing strategies to diversify lead sources.
Funnel Optimization & CRO
Lead A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences to maximize conversions.
Conduct full-funnel analysis, identifying drop-off points and optimizing conversion pathways.
Work closely with creative, content, and development teams to build high-performing landing pages and ad experiences.
Data, Reporting & Insights
Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs) to optimize marketing spend.
Use data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies and allocate budgets effectively.
Collaborate with analytics and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and business goals.
Growth Experimentation & Special Initiatives
Develop and execute growth experiments to identify new scalable opportunities for lead generation.
Stay ahead of industry trends and test innovative marketing strategies to drive performance improvements.
Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams to align on business growth initiatives.
Key Outcomes & Success Metrics
Increase high-quality leads across all acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships, email, etc.).
Optimize and scale acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
Improve ROI across paid and organic channels through performance tracking and strategic refinements.
Develop and execute growth experiments that uncover new, scalable marketing opportunities.
Ensure data-driven decision-making through rigorous tracking, analytics, and performance insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
Proven track record in scaling lead generation efforts profitably.
Expertise in paid media management (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization.
Hands-on experience with CRO, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, owning end-to-end growth campaigns.
A self-starter with a test-and-learn mentality, willing to iterate quickly based on data.
