Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and networking platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and documentation processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
