This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern time with 1.5 hours unpaid breaks

  • Meticulously log and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy at every step
  • Guide customers through the initial purchasing process, providing support and building lasting relationships
  • Leverage Zendesk to manage customer support tickets effectively
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to exceed customer expectations and drive satisfaction

  • Proven track record in customer service with a knack for building strong client relationships
  • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly grasp new industry concepts and product details
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, particularly Zendesk
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in order processing and data entry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfort with standard business hours and collaborating with an international team
