  • 35-40 hours per week, typically 9 AM to 6 PM Miami, FL time

Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Bilingual Cold Caller and Customer Support Specialist to become the voice of our client’s premium car detailing service. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement, driving business growth through proactive outreach and exceptional support. You’ll manage a substantial database of nearly 5,000 clients, expertly juggling appointment scheduling for a fleet of mobile detailing units. This position offers an exciting blend of sales, customer service, and operational management, providing ample opportunity to make a significant impact on the business’s success. Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging outbound calls to existing and potential customers, expertly setting appointments and closing sales in a single conversation
  • Provide stellar customer support by handling inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Master the art of schedule optimization, ensuring maximum productivity for the team of skilled technicians
  • Leverage your sales acumen to convert inquiries into bookings, maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Create and manage compelling marketing content across various platforms, including Craigslist and Facebook, to attract new customers
  • Become an expert in utilizing Housecall Pro CRM and RingCentral phone systems to streamline operations
  • Maintain and enhance a robust customer database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable
  • Demonstrate flexibility by being available during lunch breaks to handle urgent customer needs, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction
Requirements
