Responsibilities

·  Sales Process Optimization:

  • Design, implement, and refine sales processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain sales documentation, including playbooks, process guidelines, and sales scripts.

·  Sales Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports for management and sales teams.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive sales performance.

·  CRM Management:

  • Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Train sales team members on CRM best practices and usage.

·  Sales Forecasting and Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Assist in the creation and management of sales plans, quotas, and territory assignments.

·  Sales Tools and Technology:

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity and performance.
  • Ensure sales team members are effectively using sales tools through training and support.

·  Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between sales and other departments.

·  Sales Training and Onboarding:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales team members.
  • Ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the sales team.

·  Process and Performance Improvement:

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with sales performance management tools.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of the industry and market trends relevant to the company’s products or services.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
