Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Service Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'Bancoppel - AMS IMS'. The client is Coppel S.A, a company specializing in retail services. Responsibilities: As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and measuring and communicating progress to leadership within committed time frames. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Java is required. Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning is recommended. Business Operation Management with Advanced proficiency is suggested. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance project delivery efficiency Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality project outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks proactively Continuously improve service quality and cost-effectiveness through data-driven insights
