Description of Position: Surgery Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations specializing in optimizing physician practices within our organization. Surgery Partners employes over 350 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers across the country. The Director of Operations will execute a strategic “Practice Transformation” plan, adapting as internal and external environments shift. This pivotal role involves overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency, financial performance, and overall productivity of our physician practices.

Proven track record of successfully improving operational efficiency and financial performance within healthcare settings
Ability to lead cross functional teams to execute on strategic and tactical initiatives, meeting or exceeding expected deadlines and performance metrics
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and revenue cycle management.
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity
Proficiency in change management methodologies
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to organize, develop, and execute plans aligned with company objectives.
Proficiency in utilizing technology and data analytics for decision-making and process improvement.
