As a Sales Specialist you’ll be responsible for Developing business plan and strategy in his/her assigned territory focusing on enhancing sales growth. .

What you’ll do
Manage sales areas in multiple provinces
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct business reviews with distributors
Coordinate with distributors and other stakeholders for marketing program execution
Plan, execute, and evaluate local marketing and promotion programs
Identify competency gaps in distributor teams and provide training
Conduct field visits to gather market information and evaluate distributor team performance
Prepare reports for analysis and improvement actions
Maintain and develop professional relationships with distributors
Your qualifications
5 – 7 + years’ experience to handling sales & marketing in West Sumatra & Riau Province
Experience in dealing with distributor for general trade
Somebody who is passionate about sales especially traditional market , have a strong area identification skill, and market analysis
Somebody with strong distributorship experience
Somebody with high level of interpersonal skill , good persuasive communication skill
Somebody whom can work under high pace, responsive and accurate at the same time
Good command in English
