About the Role
The Associate, Real Estate Operations will serve to support the Manager, Real Estate Operations, in all project management and cross functional coordination
efforts as assigned and as needed. The role works to ensure deliverables across multiple teams are met, compiled, and communicated to stakeholders effectively, works to resolve foreseeable issues and curtail delays on projects with foresight and raises dependencies and flags to the managers and stakeholders accordingly. This position often flexes between a point of contact for project management oversight and control as well as provide administrative support to the manager with regard to updating trackers, composing presentations, calendar and scheduling requests, memo and brief documentation support and more.
The ideal candidate is hungry to learn and advance in their career in an operational function which will be focused on real estate and implementation of new business from end to end. An interest in real estate is nice to have but not required for this role. More importantly- an interest in career growth and advancement in operations and personal dedication to excellence will excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist in project managing the growth of new Cityblock spaces (e.g., clinics or hubs) in multiple markets from site selection through outfitting
Provide support in managing cross functional stakeholders across the organization to help each real estate implementation reach completion
Provide cross functional communication on a regular basis to highlight action items activities on each real estate implementation
Build relationships with stakeholders to improve accountability and efficiencies on each project
Understand Cityblock’s real estate needs as the organization grows and how our prototype design can support space utilization
Provide real estate support with special projects and preparation of various memorandums, lease abstracts and documentation for company approval
Appropriate tracking and proactive outreach to vendors to comply with preventative maintenance activities
Proper vetting of vendors including obtaining certificates of insurance for any third party vendor and submission of contracts for internal legal review
High level of organization to manage third party vendors including appropriate filing of documentation and work orders
Regular review and reporting of repair and maintenance costs
Triage urgent and non-urgent requests timely
Ensure daily ad-hoc and lease obligatory items are scheduled and completed in a timely manner including all maintenance and repairs for building systems and appliances
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of experience in Project Management or a similar function
Foundational knowledge of Real Estate and construction preferred
Familiarity with Google Suite

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$80,000 - $90,000
