Job Title: Recruiter

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

Compensation: $1500-$2500/month (Salary based on assessment)

Job Description:
We are currently in search of an experienced recruiter with a solid background in sourcing US-based tech talent. As the first point of contact for new hires, we need someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic about the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech candidates.

  • Use LinkedIn and Lever to identify, engage, and track potential candidates.

  • Document sourcing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role.

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Ensure all sourcing activities align with company goals and standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sourcing tech talent for US-based roles.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn and Lever.

  • Strong ability to document and improve sourcing processes.

  • Excellent communication skills (10/10), both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work 100% during 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

  • A strong drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
