Licensed Therapist – Provide Care from Anywhere | California

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide telehealth services for individuals dealing with PTSD, emotional health challenges, and behavioral concerns. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while ensuring you have the support and resources to provide top-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions through video calls, focusing on evidence-based approaches like CBT and ABA.
  • Support clients coping with PTSD, offering structured guidance and care.
  • Manage client cases, making referrals when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records following ICD-9 standards.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment plans.
  • Offer family counseling to strengthen relationships and create positive change.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • California state licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Previous experience in therapy and case management.
  • Knowledge of CBT, ABA, and other therapeutic approaches.
  • Strong ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
