Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Flexible & Impactful | California

Overview

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual counseling to those facing PTSD, emotional struggles, and behavioral challenges. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality care and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

This is fully remote.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct thorough client assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy using proven techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Offer guidance and support for clients managing PTSD in a structured, supportive environment.
  • Coordinate care by referring clients to additional resources when needed.
  • Keep clear and accurate records in line with ICD-9 standards.
  • Work closely with a team of professionals to enhance the quality of care.
  • Help families strengthen their relationships through counseling sessions.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active California license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience providing therapy and case management services.
  • Familiarity with CBT, ABA, or other therapy models.
  • Ability to connect with diverse populations, including children and families.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
