Job description

About the role : 

To strengthen our compliance structure, we are looking for an Administrative & Compliance Manager, reporting directly to the CFO, who will ensure that our operations remain compliant with banking regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions.
This role also involves managing two administrative officers, ensuring smooth execution of compliance and regulatory processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

  • KYC / KYS Management – Oversee the verification of partners and ensure due diligence procedures are followed.
  • Banking Compliance – Act as the main point of contact for compliance matters with financial institutions.
  • Licensing & Regulatory Compliance – Handle the application, renewal, and management of iGaming licenses in various countries (e.g., U.S., Greece).
  • Onboarding & Process Optimization – Manage the onboarding of service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration and compliance with our internal standards.
  • General Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws and industry regulations.
  • Policy Implementation & Documentation – Develop and maintain internal compliance policies, ensuring they are up to date and effectively enforced.
  • Team Leadership – Manage and support two administrative officers, ensuring efficiency in compliance operations.


Who we're looking for : 

  • Experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs, ideally within the iGaming, fintech, or banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC / KYS processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Understanding of international licensing requirements for the iGaming industry is a strong plus.
  • Experience in managing banking relationships and compliance matters.
  • Previous experience managing a small team (experience in leadership or mentoring is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling regulatory documentation.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
