Job description

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Senior Solutions Consultant with strong project management skills to drive the successful delivery of our SaaS solutions. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, sales, product, and customer success teams, ensuring a smooth and structured implementation process. You will play a vital role in managing solution deployment projects, overseeing timelines, and ensuring customer success through well-defined, on budget project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Implementation:
  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for new and existing customers.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.

  • Manage project budget efficiently, communicate budget status to customer consistently, and trigger invoicing as agreed.

  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent roadblocks.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, and customer success) to align resources and drive project success.


Post-Sales & Customer Success:
  • Support the handover from sales to customer success to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to customers on best practices, integration options, and workflow optimization.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and serve as a point of contact for solution-related inquiries.


Stakeholder Communication & Training:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with clients.

  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings and check-ins

  • Deliver structured customer training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the SaaS solution.

  • Document best practices, FAQs, and training materials to enhance the customer experience.


Process Improvement & Scalability:
  • Continuously refine and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency.

  • Work with the product team to provide customer feedback that informs product enhancements.

  • Develop standardized project templates, checklists, and workflows to streamline future implementations.

  • Drive automation and optimization initiatives for solution deployment.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions consulting, implementation management, or SaaS project management role

  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in solution design, or customer onboarding in a SaaS or enterprise software company.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project risks proactively.

  • Fluency in English and French(mandatory)

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.

  • PRINCE 2 or ITIL certification is a plus.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events (if required)
