We are looking for an all-star player to join our Deal Desk team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting our Sales teams.

Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, you will be responsible for supporting complex sales deals and establishing operational improvements. You will work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and CX leadership as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on deal policies, contract and product configuration, and business terms. Our perfect candidate blends together exceptional attention to detail, a data-driven approach, and a collaborative mindset. 

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do
  • Provide support and guidance to Sales on best practices for deal management and contract structuring
  • Produce Sales contracts and project manage deals through the sales cycle and internal approval process in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams
  • Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert on deal policies including contract terms, fallbacks, product configurations, and business terms
  • Ensure that all deals comply with internal controls and compliance requirements
  • Manage and ensure ongoing data quality and reporting accuracy by conducting regular review cycles
  • Identify and document deal-making policies in support of the contracting process
  • Document existing processes and identify opportunities to bring efficiency
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with your peers in cross-functional teams (sales, implementation, clients) to ensure Sales to Implementation cycle is efficient and seamless

  • What We'll Expect From You
  • 2+ years of experience in a deal support role
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to assess problems in a structured fashion and identify key issues to solve
  • Experience working with dynamic sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal interactive skills, including the ability to work with management, team, peers, other teams, and partners
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience managing a large workload in a fast-paced environment with times of increased workload
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and ability to create and run reports for ad hoc business needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management
  • Strong ability to think outside of the box to bring creative solutions to the table

    Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $64,500 - $88,350 annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
