We are looking for an all-star player to join our Deal Desk team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting our Sales teams.
Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, you will be responsible for supporting complex sales deals and establishing operational improvements. You will work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and CX leadership as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on deal policies, contract and product configuration, and business terms. Our perfect candidate blends together exceptional attention to detail, a data-driven approach, and a collaborative mindset.

What You'll DoProvide support and guidance to Sales on best practices for deal management and contract structuringProduce Sales contracts and project manage deals through the sales cycle and internal approval process in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teamsServe as point of contact and subject matter expert on deal policies including contract terms, fallbacks, product configurations, and business termsEnsure that all deals comply with internal controls and compliance requirementsManage and ensure ongoing data quality and reporting accuracy by conducting regular review cyclesIdentify and document deal-making policies in support of the contracting processDocument existing processes and identify opportunities to bring efficiencyCultivate strong partnerships with your peers in cross-functional teams (sales, implementation, clients) to ensure Sales to Implementation cycle is efficient and seamlessWhat We'll Expect From You2+ years of experience in a deal support roleBA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceAbility to assess problems in a structured fashion and identify key issues to solveExperience working with dynamic sales teamsExcellent written and verbal interactive skills, including the ability to work with management, team, peers, other teams, and partnersExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience managing a large workload in a fast-paced environment with times of increased workloadKnowledge of Salesforce and ability to create and run reports for ad hoc business needsStrong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior managementStrong ability to think outside of the box to bring creative solutions to the tableLegally able to work in the United StatesAbout Olo
