As Head of Sales (Enterprise), you drive revenue growth & team performance. You close high-value deals yourself while building and leading a scalable, high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities include:
â Close enterprise SaaS deals (â¬30K+ ACV).
â Lead & scale the sales team (AEs + BDRs).
â Own & execute the full sales cycle â Lead generation â Demo â Negotiation â Closing.
â Optimize outbound & inbound sales strategies for predictable pipeline growth.
â Develop & improve sales processes, pricing models & forecasting.
â Track & analyze KPIs using Pipedrive (CRM) & sales automation tools.
What Weâre Looking For
â 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise preferred).
â Proven closer â Track record of hitting/exceeding â¬1M+ ARR in sales.
â Sales leadership experience â Scaled & led high-performing teams.
â Hunter & strategist â Can sell & build a team simultaneously.
â Experience selling to VP & C-level executives in large enterprises.
â Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
â Experience in innovation intelligence, market research, or R&D software (a plus).
