We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to take ownership of campaign strategy, conference-driven lead generation, HubSpot automation, and the commercial side of marketing. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing with revenue goals, optimizing campaign execution, and ensuring smooth collaboration between marketing, sales, and RevOps.
About this Role
The Head of Demand Generation will be responsible for orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, managing HubSpot-driven marketing initiatives, driving high-quality leads through conference attendance, and ensuring the commercial marketing team is executing effectively.
You’ll lead two direct reports and work closely with two marketing managers to ensure all campaigns are strategically aligned, optimized for impact, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
This is a high-impact, strategic, and hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about lead generation, marketing automation, sales alignment, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Work closely with the marketing managers to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with Deciphex’s commercial goals.
- Own HubSpot campaign automation, ensuring smooth execution, tracking, and optimization of email marketing, landing pages, and lead nurturing.
- Ensure all campaigns are optimized for maximum lead generation and pipeline impact.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns based on performance insights.
2. Conference & Event Lead Generation
- Develop and execute a conference marketing strategy that maximizes lead capture, engagement, and follow-up.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to track ROI from conference attendance and ensure effective lead handoff.
- Optimize pre-event, on-site, and post-event engagement strategies to drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Own conference campaign execution, including booth promotion, lead capture workflows, and follow-up automation via HubSpot.
3. HubSpot & Marketing Automation Ownership
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub, ensuring seamless lead tracking, reporting, and automation.
- Develop lead nurturing workflows, automated follow-ups, and segmentation strategies to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
- Maintain data integrity, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), and best practices for marketing automation.
- Implement and refine lead scoring models to improve sales efficiency.
4. Managing the Commercial Marketing Function
- Lead and mentor two direct reports focused on lead generation and marketing operations.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between demand generation, marketing managers, and sales teams.
- Oversee budget allocation for campaigns, conferences, and paid marketing efforts.
- Align marketing efforts with Deciphex’s broader commercial goals, ensuring revenue impact.
5. Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Partner with sales leadership to optimize MQL-to-SQL handoff and pipeline visibility.
- Ensure sales teams are trained on HubSpot tools and automation workflows for effective lead follow-up.
- Collaborate with RevOps to refine CRM processes and marketing analytics dashboards.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting on campaign and lead generation performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or lead generation, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or AI-driven tech.
- Proven experience in HubSpot campaign execution, automation, and lead nurturing.
- Track record of driving high-quality leads through multi-channel campaigns and conference marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales alignment, and commercial pipeline growth.
- Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
Work Environment
- Flexible Office/remote-based role, with options to work from home in Ireland or the UK.
- Occasional travel to Deciphex offices and customer sites, as required.
- Collaborative work with customers and associates across the US and Continental Europe.
