Are You Booster’s Next Digital Marketing Specialist?
Are you passionate about community and building connections that last? Do you love displaying your group and community on high-quality custom apparel? Are you wanting to help schools and other groups do the same, telling their story? If so, you may be Booster’s next Digital Marketing Specialist! You’ll play an instrumental role, helping to grow the Booster Gear brand and increase sales by working alongside our Marketing Manager.
How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:
Prospecting - Create a qualified leads list by researching and identifying potential clients through data mining and market analysis.
Lead Qualification - Evaluate potential leads based on criteria such as demographics, size of school, and school needs. Direct leads to the appropriate Customer Success Manager.
Campaign Development - Design and execute targeted marketing and lead generation campaigns across multiple channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
CRM Management - Maintain accurate lead information and track lead activity within a customer relationship management (CRM) system (Salesforce).
Data Analysis - Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify what strategies are most effective and optimize future lead generation efforts.
Sales Collaboration - Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and provide necessary information to facilitate successful sales conversation.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
A commitment to contributing to Booster’s mission by supporting client acquisition and retention
2-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Digital Marketing Professional, or other relevant experience
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, collect and analyze data effectively
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to create effective systems and processes
Self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and a knack for problem-solving
Collaborative skills to work cross-functionally
Preferred experience in the following systems: Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, and/or Canva
Our Work Environment Includes:
Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 (based on experience)
Technology: A MacBook for your time at Booster & a monthly phone allowance
