  • Gathering accounting data from various sources and reconciling the same.
  • Analysing patterns within large data sets to identify potential issues to raise queries on potential discrepancies.

  • Creating reports for internal and external stakeholders of the business unit.
  • Manage any financial data Inquiries over calls, emails and IM.
  • Onboard and own any new responsibilities assigned by the team lead or the business partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A detail-oriented person who can perform repetitive tasks with minimal errors.
  • Should be proficient with MS-Excel and related data management skills.
  • Ability to process large volumes of data into actionable reports.
  • Strong business acumen and data management skills to identify new ways of challenging accuracy and authenticity of accounting information
  • Organized with good time management skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Be able to work with different computer applications.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a high pace, group environment.
  • Ability to share knowledge, expertise, and opinions in a professional manner.
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written skills in English.
  • Proven work ethic and team player mentality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must hold Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any stream
  • Experience using various Internet browsers.
  • Sound Microsoft Office experience.
  • Sound knowledge and experience managing emails using MS Outlook
  • Strong experience using advanced functions and complex formulas in MS Excel.
  • Good experience in exploratory data research and analysis
  • Knowledge of Accounts and Bookkeeping will be preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience in General Ledger Coding preferred but not mandatory
