Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for guidance and design of clinical, business, financial and system technologies; design of major corporate systems and desktop architectures, including applications, data, and infrastructure; and documentation of technical components for overall solutions. Candidate will be expected to work with technical teams on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments including:
o Desktop Security
o Desktop Lifecycle Management
o Enterprise Patch Management Governance
o Desktop and Application Virtualization
o Vendor Management
o Technology selection
o Desktop Engineering Standards
o Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
o Project Management Coordination
o Mobile Device Management
Candidate will manage, troubleshoot, and optimize the currently existing MDM system; Administer/Manage mobile devices (entire life cycle); Support existing Mobile Application Management corporate store; Plan, create, deploy, and maintain security policies to be enforced and pushed to mobile devices; Monitor and track mobile devices connected to GM applications and network as well as mobile-device-related issues associated with security compliance; Manage the distribution of mobile applications along with license management for authorized mobile devices; Maintain inventory of mobile applications and perform comprehensive inventory scans of mobile devices and software; Maintain weekly MDM statistics and generate reports; Plan, install, and test new or updated MDM systems/components to optimize/enhance MDM solution; Develop and maintain documentation of the MDM system's configuration to ensure successful ongoing support.
Engineering Review and Recommendations:
* Develops and maintains the enterprise engineering, design, and documentation.
* Design, testing, and maintenance of desktop images and image deployment
* Package and deploy desktop/mobile device applications
* Active directory support
* Enterprise desktop patch management governance
* Maintain software catalog
* Administration and support of desktop antivirus
* User profile management
* Virtual applications strategies
* Engineer, design, and develop scalable technical solutions.
* Maintains skills and competencies as related to solutions and tools.
* Knowledge of service delivery frameworks ( ITIL, SDLC)
* Must demonstrate experience and knowledge of engineering methodologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills. Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solutions.
Project Coordinator:
* Initiating contact with customer, identifying their needs, and providing them with appropriate service from the beginning to the end of a project.
* Actively stays involved with key customer account and provides accurate updates of customers.
* Sets-up customer orientation meetings with internal and external departments.
* Develops service level agreement documents.
* Provides updates on current projects, hardware and software orders, or any potential delays in project completion.
* Submits and prepare request quotes and follow up with appropriate approvals and questions.
* Follows-up on current jobs to make sure they are completed to the customers business requirements.
* Identifies cost savings opportunities for technical solutions by analyzing type and frequency of work orders.
* Provide guidance to design solutions maintaining technical and application standards
* Work in partnership with customers and technical teams ensuring standards are successfully applied.

Bachelor's Degree in IT field Preferred or

Duties include Configuration of mobile policy management for IOS, Android, and Windows Mobile/Phone platforms.
Device management including watch list, patches, bulk update, custom attributes, and groups management.
Mobile Device enrollment and decommission management Over-the-Air Mobile application distribution, maintenance, and update Monitoring mobile devices' compliance and asset tracking.
