This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete client and company records and providing excellent customer service while handling inbound phone calls, emails, faxes, and physical mail and routing communications to the appropriate party or responding to client and related services themselves. Schedule: Wednesday- Friday 11:30am-8pm (EST) Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm (EST)
