We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiter with a specialization in sourcing to join our dynamic team as we expand our 1099 program. This pivotal role focuses on strategic sourcing initiatives, the development of innovative candidate pipelines, and the establishment of robust external relationships to effectively meet our hiring objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in talent sourcing, showcasing proficiency in utilizing a variety of sourcing tools and platforms. Additionally, a well-established network within the insurance sector is essential.

What you’ll do:

  • Expertise in strategic sourcing: Take the initiative to proactively seek out, engage, and attract exceptional talent for crucial roles within the insurance industry, ensuring a competitive edge in the talent market.

  • Create, develop and manage diverse talent pipeline: Create and continuously nurture strong candidate pipelines for key roles, guaranteeing a reliable and consistent influx of qualified talent to meet business needs.

  • Utilize market research & talent mapping: Conduct thorough competitive research to uncover high-potential candidates and stay abreast of industry trends, enabling informed sourcing strategies.

  • Build external relationships: Forge and cultivate meaningful relationships with industry professionals, associations, and networking groups to expand our reach and influence in the talent pool.

  • Leverage sourcing tools & technologies: Expertly leverage advanced platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, AI-powered sourcing tools, and other recruiting technologies to discover and attract top-tier candidates.

  • Passive Candidate Engagement: Identify and strategically engage with passive candidates, fostering relationships through proactive networking and outreach efforts to pique their interest.

  • Collaborate with hiring teams: Work closely alongside internal recruiters and hiring managers to thoroughly understand business needs, refining sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Use data to drive recruitment: Monitor and analyze sourcing effectiveness, providing valuable insights on sourcing metrics, funnel performance, and candidate engagement to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven track record in talent sourcing and pipeline development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.

  • Substantial experience in recruiting within the insurance industry, including Life, Health, Property & Casualty, Commercial lines, or related fields, is a must.

  • Strong ability to utilize various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems, and effective Boolean search techniques.

  • Demonstrated success in fostering and maintaining candidate relationships in highly competitive markets, creating a strong rapport with potential hires.

  • Experience in leveraging data and analytics to continuously refine and enhance sourcing strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes.

  • Exceptional networking skills with the capability to engage and influence passive talent, creating compelling connections within the industry.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
