Job Summary
The Director of Growth Marketing – Expansion Segment is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth for new and emerging partners. This role will lead go-to-marketing strategies and digital marketing performance management across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and emerging platforms for Expansion Partners. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, UX, etc. to align marketing strategies with business objectives while managing multi-million-dollar budgets and external agency relationships.
This leadership position requires a data-driven mindset, strong strategic acumen, and hands-on expertise in go-to-market strategies, performance marketing, making it ideal for a growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
Drive go-to-market strategies for new partners and optimization strategies for emerging partners to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:
Oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display (prospecting, retargeting, remarketing), social media, paid aggregators, and emerging channels.
Monitor and optimize performance across the entire marketing and enrollment funnel, including engagement, front-end and back-end conversion metrics.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Team & Partnership Leadership
Support management of multiple media partners and an internal team to ensure delivery on all KPIs.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Serve as a leader and subject matter expert, presenting key insights to cross-functional leadership.
Budget & Forecasting
Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Support forecasting, performance modeling, and trend analysis, working closely with manager and cross-functional leaders.
Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
