Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during client business hours, Monday–Friday (Texas CST) | Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Manila Time, next day)
Paid working hours per week: 20 hours


Responsibilities
  • Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
  • Engage with the community through comments, messages, and group interactions.
  • Research and stay updated on local market trends in the mental health field.
  • Assist in developing ideas for therapy-related workshops and school programs.
  • Reach out to and explore potential collaborations with mental health influencers.
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to tailor services to the Texas market.
  • Assist in building virtual connections within the community.


Scope
  • Manage and grow the social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Increase engagement and followers, focusing on millennials and Gen Z.
  • Develop a content strategy aligned with the practice’s goals and target audience.
  • Assist in market research for potential new services and community outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy of the therapy practice.
  • Part-time position (minimum 20 hours/week) with potential for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly with Instagram and TikTok (highlight these in the portfolio).
  • Basic understanding of mental health topics and sensitivity to related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
