  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support overall business operations and scaling efforts
  • Collaborate with the business owner to develop and implement strategies for expanding our online presence and client base

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, with a strong preference for Canva expertise
  • Solid video editing skills, particularly with CapCut or similar software
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging social media posts and professional emails
  • Basic understanding of market research techniques and ability to analyze data for actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  • Creativity and an eye for aesthetics, especially in relation to hair and beauty trends
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics
