Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to be the backbone of our fast-paced, mission-driven organization. In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our leadership team and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. Responsibilities
  • Manage complex schedules and communications for our leadership team, ensuring efficient time management
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas and taking comprehensive minutes
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, providing a professional first point of contact for our organization
  • Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements for team members attending conferences and outreach events
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents crucial to our operations and outreach efforts
  • Maintain and organize our digital filing system, ensuring easy access to important information
  • Conduct research to support various projects and initiatives, contributing to our knowledge base
  • Assist in database management, helping to organize and track our growing network of contacts and resources
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization


Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Proficiency in office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
