Job description

The Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for improving the effectiveness of the Global Clinical Solutions and Global Medical Sales organization by driving the adoption and usage of our sales engagement platforms and delivering actionable insights and data analytics to sales leaders, Sales VPs/SVP and Commercial and Marketing senior management. The ideal candidate will be someone who can combine strong data analysis with a keen business understanding; possessing a high level of curiosity that drives them to investigate data and trends and transform it into actional business insights. They will be someone who builds strong relationships with their Sales stakeholders, partnering with them to drive higher email response rates, increased meeting capture, and improved opportunity conversion rates.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive the Global CS & GME Sales organization to be more productive by driving adoption and usage of key sales enablement tools, specifically, solutions geared towards selling sequences/cadences, conversation intelligence and video-based emailing
  • Develop, analyze, and deliver data findings on key trends facing the sales teams, recommending changes and alternative approaches, best practices and capturing winning and failed strategies
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our Sales Enablement tools, providing training on key processes and monitoring adoption and compliance of the tools
  • Manage administrator responsibilities including license maintenance, documentation, upkeep of the tools and standardized check-ins with vendor customer success teams
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to develop strategies and tactics to improve upon key KPIs including increased email response rates, meeting capture rate, opportunity conversion, coaching opportunities, and sales cycle velocity
  • Provide forums for sales input, best practice sharing and FAQs to be addressed, aiding the rollout of solutions to additional audiences and new hire onboarding
  • Promote a positive Sales Enablement culture that includes establishing priorities, performance objectives, and provides consistent coaching and guidance to team members
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer, positioning, messaging, communications, and support collateral are developed and available for core sales enablement tools
  • Aids in the release of enhancements and new features to our Sales Enablement tools
  • Creates, maintains and updates Sales Training material and content in solutions similar to SpekIt and Highspot
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in general business, accounting, finance, statistics or a similarly related field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in a similar business intelligence or sales enablement role
  • Experience with Salesforce.com reporting environments required
  • Possess and display effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills; ability to create executive level presentations and business cases
  • Strong analytical skills with a naturally curious mind set
  • Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
  • The ability to positively create consensus and a shared common goal to galvanize team
  • Effectively brings potentially disparate stakeholders/team members to a shared goal through working harmoniously and cooperatively with others
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Possess strong organizational skills to provide timely and consistent support
