Job description

Are you looking for a C# SQL ETL developer role whereby you can collaboratively build and support a cutting-edge Public Safety Data Exchange

About the role; As a C# SQL ETL developer you will be a key member of a development initiative responsible for analyzing public safety data. You will use your problem-solving expertise to interpret results based upon complex pattern analysis

About the team- This growing team of Software Engineers is responsible for building a best-in-class Data Exchange as part of a best in class Analytical Crime Data Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and reviewing detailed ETL data process operations.
  • Complete simple bug fixes in existing ETL systems.
  • Working closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into ETL processes. 
  • Operating in various development environments while collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Resolving technical issues as necessary. 

TECHNICAL SKILLS: 

  • Experience working on ETL Projects
  • Current experience working in a C# SQL ETL environment.
  • Possess extensive Analytical thinking and be Detail Oriented
  • Must be proficient with data manipulation languages. 
  • Ability to work with moderately complex data models. 
  • Possess knowledge of data storage subsystems. 
  • Be aware of industry’s best practices for coding in a team environment
  • Have knowledge of project tracking systems such as Jira
  • Have knowledge of version controls systems such as GitHub
