Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Order Processing Assistant to join our production team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Order Processing Assistant will focus on order management and processing, vendor communications, and purchase order submissions. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet creation, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, negotiate terms, and maintain strong working relationships to facilitate smooth operations.
Prepare and submit purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate and align with company standards and client requirements.
Utilize spreadsheet software to track orders, manage inventory levels, and analyze operational data to inform decision-making.
Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and address any logistical challenges.
