As a Franchise Developer on the Franchise Development team, a typical day for you will include:

Generating leads and building comprehensive lists of prospective franchise owners.
Evaluating candidate suitability and providing informative consultations to guide them through the selection process, including financial qualification.
Effectively communicating the advantages and benefits of owning a Neighborly® franchise, highlighting key selling points.
Collaborating with colleagues to host informative recruiting meetings for potential franchise owners.
Contributing to the design and execution of advertising and trade show strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Experience: Five (5) or more years related experience in sales and/or training
