THE HIGH LEVEL

The Partner Alliance Manager is responsible for the management, growth and expansion of the assigned partners and Iron Bow.  Part of a team focused on Iron Bow’s sales, marketing and initiatives in line with assigned partners. Collaborate with Account Managers and sales leaders while focusing on driving sales, enablement activities and expansion across Iron Bow’s customer base.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work alongside Iron Bow leadership, across departments (sales, marketing, solutions & services, etc.), to develop and lead partner strategy that aligns with our core capabilities and is beneficial to all parties.
  • Drive adoption of go-to-market partner strategy inside our government, commercial, healthcare and SLED sales teams.
  • Work as a liaison between partners and Iron Bow to develop a clear understanding of the customer needs and desired business outcomes.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and segments.
  • Build relationships with key stake holders at assigned partner accounts and across all of Iron Bows Business Units (BUs) to drive expansion.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for assigned partners and their programs as to advise the Iron Bow sales organization.
  • Conduct Business Reviews with assigned partners to highlight Iron Bow performance, activities and forecasts.
  • Perform operational tasks to include maintaining assigned partner program compliance.

 

YOUR VALUE PROP FOR OUR TEAM

  • 8 years of experience working in the IT Channel and understanding of the sales lifecycle: OEM, VAR, SI or distribution experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive sales strategies and initiatives aligned to Iron Bow’s core capabilities to impact revenue.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with success in executing a strong marketing plan for successful partnership.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with specific sales targets and goals.
  • Skilled in gathering effectiveness of programs through data and take action to improve partner alignment and relationship.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Skilled in setting, managing and delivering against customer and partner expectations.
  • Must be able to excel within a team and as an individual contributor.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position prefers candidates based in the National Capital Region and requires 25% travel.
