About the project 
 
As a UX Researcher, you will lead research initiatives, uncover user insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product strategy and design. Your work will directly influence how our users engage with our products, ensuring intuitive and impactful experiences. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
Plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative UX research studies. 
Define and implement research strategies that align with business and product goals. 
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research. 
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for product, design, and engineering teams. 
Create and maintain research artifacts, such as user personas, journey maps, and reports. 
Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility. 
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to validate hypotheses and iterate on solutions. 
Establish best practices for UX research methodologies and mentor junior researchers. 
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging research techniques. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
5+ Years of experience conducting UX research in a product-focused environment. 
Expertise in both moderated and unmoderated user research methods. 
Proficiency in usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations. 
Ability to synthesize and present complex research findings to stakeholders effectively. 
Strong experience working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision. 
Strong experience working with UserTesting, Lookback.io, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Qualtrics, Hotjar, or Maze. 
A portfolio demonstrating past research work, methodologies, and business impact. 
Experience working with Google Forms, Typeform, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. 
Experience working with Notion, Miro, FigJam, or Confluence. 
Experience working on end-to-end product research in a fast-paced environment. 
Data-driven mindset with the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights. 
Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
