About the project

As a UX/UI Designer, you will create intuitive, engaging, visually appealing digital experiences. You will be responsible for shaping the user experience and interface across web and mobile platforms.

How your day-to-day work will look like

✅ Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process from research to final implementation.
✅ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
✅ Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to refine designs.
✅ Develop and maintain design systems and UI components for consistency.
✅ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
✅ Optimize UX based on user feedback, data insights, and A/B testing results.
✅ Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in all designs.
✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

This would make you the ideal candidate

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✨ 5+ Years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer in digital products (web & mobile).
✨ Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
✨ Deep understanding of UX research, wireframing, and usability testing.
✨ Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
✨ Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
✨ Experience with motion design and micro-interactions to enhance UX.
✨ Understanding of conversion optimization and A/B testing.
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
