This position is remotely based. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

The Data Integration Analyst II is responsible for taking customer requirements and applying them to proprietary specified requirements for data integration. This person should have knowledge of supply chain or food distribution industry, a good understanding of various data formats, ability to perform gap analysis, provide feedback, and ensuring customer and data intake requirements are met. The Data Integration Analyst II will manage and prioritize competing project demands to meet business deadlines.

Your impact:

  • Communicate proprietary specified requirements to business partners.
  • Provide solutions to data requirement challenges to ensure a successful data integration
  • Analyze raw data and provide gap analysis to business partners.
  • Work closely with Development Team to deploy new data integrations and enhance existing integrations.
  • Integrate new customers to existing data transmission.
  • Validate imported data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage support inquiries from internal and external customers related to the data transformation and flow.
  • Work closely with business partners on resolution of data issues.
  • Monitoring daily data integration feeds from over 460 business partners.

About you:

  • At least three years implementation and integration of data experience required.
  • Client-facing experience required preferably in a 3rd party service provider environment.
  • Food service, supply chain applicability or B2B service industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; strong preference for supply chain focus.
  • Competency in working with MS Office, particularly relating to MS Excel and/or MS Access
  • Must have experience with XML, TEXT, CSV, XLSX, EDI data type files via various managed file transfer methods
  • Implementation of EDI Trading Partner or related data system
