We are hiring a 360 Technical Recruitment Consultant to help shape the future of tech hiring in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing recruitment agency, backed by a well-established organisation, and play a key role in its expansion. 

This role requires a blend of business development, client management, and technical recruitment expertise. You will drive new business, source top-tier candidates, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions to clients across the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify and engage new clients within the technology sector, building and maintaining long-term partnerships
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients to drive revenue and profitability

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management

  • Source, screen, and interview high-calibre technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals across key disciplines such as software engineering, DevOps, AI & data science, and cybersecurity
  • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing career advice

Full-Cycle Recruitment Process

  • Manage the recruitment process from initial client engagement to candidate placement
  • Match candidates to client vacancies and oversee the interview, feedback, and offer stages
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and industry trends to both clients and candidates

Market Expertise & Networking

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and hiring best practices.
  • Attend networking events, technology meetups, and conferences to expand professional networks and strengthen brand presence.
  • Share thought leadership on recruitment and hiring within the technology sector.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Five years of 360 recruitment experience, within a technology-focused recruitment agency
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends
  • Business Development Skills: A proven track record of securing new clients and growing accounts
  • Sourcing Expertise: Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience & Target-Driven: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with a growth mindset
