We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is highly organized, efficient, and aligned with Kynship's core values:

The ideal candidate should be disciplined, detail-oriented, and passionate about operations, systems, and processes. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a high level of accountability.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the CEO's email and calendar, handling scheduling, responding to emails, and preparing research for calls
  • Handling sales tasks in HubSpot and sending client contracts using templates
  • Tracking sales and marketing finances, ensuring budget accountability
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks and action items from Slack
  • Communicating key execution tasks via calendar events
  • Managing personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing budgets, and liaising with insurance
  • Setting daily priorities and maintaining task organization
  • Managing the 'Master Doc' for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
  • Executing urgent tasks in ClickUp and structuring the weekly calendar by priority
  • Maintaining clear boundaries for Slack and email engagement

Position Details

  • This is a Remote W2 position
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental/Vision, PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, and 401(k)
  • The position will be 40 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • You must be available during Eastern Time working hours
  • The pay rate is $30/hr USD
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
