Job description

Our client is a German product company striving to be a dependable technology partner to the retail businesses it empowers. They provide a wide range of expertise in all areas of IT – from classic software development and IT consulting to AI applications and IT security. Now, their business cloud services team is looking for a new member to help design and develop cloud software products.

How you will spend your time:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and reliable code for our software products based on Kubernetes
You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through design to deployment and maintenance
You will conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and promote knowledge sharing within the team
You will actively participate in design and architecture discussions to advance the technical vision and roadmap of our products

What you will need:

Excellent proficiency in Go (Golang)
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems
Comprehensive understanding of monitoring, alerting, error budgets, fault analysis, and other common concepts
