Role Summary
The position of Social Media and Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the global communications team to enhance social media presence and manage projects to optimise global communications activities. Key responsibilities include creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, specifically managing our YouTube optimization, driving the employee advocacy program, and supporting the broader PR function through media monitoring and industry trend tracking. This role also requires close collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand alignment. The position will focus on 80% regional social media and PR activities and 20% global initiatives, contributing to the overall communications strategy.

In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
