Job description

Instant Teams is hiring two part-time Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you will answer emails (majority), assisting with customer support for aftermarket off-road vehicle accessories. Inquiries are usually product questions, order status, and stock numbers.
  • Pay: $18/hour | 20 hours per week
  • Training Schedule
    • Monday - Friday | 1pm - 5pm MST 
    • Monday - Friday | 8am - 12pm MST
  • Post-Training Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday | 1pm - 5pm MST 
    • Monday - Friday | 8am - 12pm MST 
  • Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Day in the life:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about the products, services, and warranties
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues related to their purchases
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as required

Must Haves: 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a quiet and dedicated space
  • High school diploma and 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
    • Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Contingent upon successful completion of a background check 
  • Must have experience with the Microsoft Suite
  • Prefer experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, and 3CX
