Position Summary:
RSI Security is seeking a Client Account Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting the service delivery team by facilitating change orders, renewals, and upsell business opportunities within our existing client base. This position will work directly with the Project Management team and secondarily with the broader sales and delivery teams. The Coordinator will be responsible for generating proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to RSI Security's growth while working closely with our Project Management, Sales, and Service Delivery teams to enhance client relationships and support the delivery of security solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: 
    • Manage accounts for existing clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and facilitating renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): 
    • Coordinate and facilitate QBRs with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and align on future needs.
  • Proposal Generation: 
    • Develop and generate proposals for change orders, service renewals, and upsell opportunities based on client needs and internal team input.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: 
    • Act as the liaison between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Project Managers (PMs), and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
  • Client Communication: 
    • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout all stages of the client journey.
  • CRM Management: 
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), tracking key interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Sales Support: 
    • Support the sales team in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive business growth, including tracking upsell and cross-sell potential.
  • Documentation: 
    • Ensure all proposals, contracts, and relevant documentation are properly stored and accessible for internal and client reference.

Qualifications:

  • Education: 
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent of education and experience may be substituted
  • Experience: 
    • Proven experience in account management, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred) and other business tools.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other collaboration tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
