As a sales engineer, you will drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. Your role will be pivotal in effectively communicating technical processes and product services information to customers that help to develop and maintain relationships to build trust. 


How you will contribute in this role:

  • Provide Account Management support to Asure Payroll Tax Manager (APTM) Enterprise clients.
  • Prepare and give services and technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work. 
  • Collaborate with the customers and executive stakeholders to ensure the products and services meet the system requirements. 
  • Communicate across departments to ensure a documented sales process with designed outcomes and service expectations are communicated and implemented.  
  • Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery. 
  • Establish customer rapport and acceptance. 
  • Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands. 
  • Help clients to solve problems with product usage. 
  • Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the services and products will be more cost-effective. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology, accounting, business, or similar discipline with 7+ years of HCM, Payroll, and/or Tax industry experience. 
  • Enterprise level technical and sales background. 
  • Proven marketing skills and business acumen. 
  • Ability to work with others as a team. 
  • Ability to build client relationships easily. 
  • Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills. 
  • Presentation skills and ability to convey product value. 
  • High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales acumen.  
  • Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts. 

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $115,000-$120,000 depending upon level of experience plus an uncapped commission plan
