Position Details:
  • Schedule: Full-time, weekend availability is required. 
  • Location: Remote

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls, chat submissions, and email inquiries.
  • Conduct clinical pre-screenings with potential patients to assess their needs.
  • Maintain conversations and practice active listening while completing basic data entry.
  • Provide compassionate, knowledgeable answers to questions about treatment and the admissions process.
  • Utilize software to verify insurance online and review private pay options.
  • Maintain confidentiality with each potential patient.
  • Establish and maintain successful working relationships.
  • Maintain composure in a high-volume department and assist team members.

 

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of behavioral or mental healthcare.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher. 
  • Admissions experience in the field of behavioral or mental healthcare.

  • Computer Systems Competence: Ability to work with multiple computer systems efficiently.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
