The Role

We are looking for a product designer to help our customers monitor the health of their sites and uncover critical insights. You’ll partner with product managers and engineers to design, test, and launch experiences that transform data into clear, actionable insights for our customers. You’ll be responsible for conducting user research, designing user flows, and creating interactive prototypes for new features that help customers monitor and improve their site performance.

What you Need to Succeed

  • Strong grasp of interaction patterns
  • Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma
  • Understanding of accessibility guidelines in UX design
  • Understanding of UX research methods and processes
  • Ability to work within a design system to ensure quality and consistency
  • Understanding of data visualization and insights
  • Ability to partner with a product manager, engineers, and other stakeholders

What you Bring to the Table

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Associate Product Designer or other role involving user interface (UI) design, interaction design, or user research in SaaS/Product companies
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes 
  • Experience with user research methods conducting user testing, interviews, and surveys
  • Experience with data visualization, observability, and web-team operations a plus

The Canadian base salary range for this position is 70,000 - 90,000 CAD per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. At Pantheon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
