Position Overview: As a Remote Client Support Agent, you'll be responsible for helping clients navigate their inquiries and concerns through clear communication. You'll act as a crucial link between our clients and the services we provide, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from clients, providing prompt and knowledgeable support.
  • Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues and challenges effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or related field (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with computers and ability to navigate support software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centered attitude.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 11 (no Apple, Surface, or Chromebook).
  • Wired internet connection (via ethernet cable).
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (not wireless).
