Your specific duties will include:
Creative Leadership:
  • Develop and oversee the execution of high-quality, visually stunning work across digital, print, experiential, and emerging technology platforms.
  • Drive innovative design solutions by integrating cutting-edge tools and technologies.
  • Create, practice, and pitch creative presentations to clients, ensuring alignment and fostering strong, positive feedback.
Team Development:
  • Mentor and guide Art Directors and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and creative excellence.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
Strategic Vision & Project Oversight:
  • Partner with the Creative Director and stakeholders to align business goals with creative strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity.
Innovation & Trend Spotting:
  • Stay at the forefront of design and technology trends, introducing fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
Specific qualifications for the position include
  • 6+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a design agency or in-house creative team.
  • Expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling across digital and traditional mediums.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly).
  • Experience with motion graphics, 3D tools, AI-generated art, or prototyping software (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Figma, MidJourney) is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing visually stunning and strategically impactful work.
Technical Must-Haves:
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in corporate design, interior ad agency, and brand marketing.
  • Strong background in print, digital, and social media design.
Pay Rate Range:  $ 47.80 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
