We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager - LATAM to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key strategic partners across Latin America. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your ability to understand market dynamics, collaborate cross-functionally, and build long-term partnerships will be key to our success in the region.

What you will do:

Lead the go-to-market strategy of what carriers and retailers we should partner with. Own the hunting and farming of these accounts.
Learn how to grow and develop Distribusion’s global network of airport bus, rail, and public transport operators across the region.
Develop our Carrier portfolio and continue to expand our business across LATAM.
Own end-to-end sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pitching, CRM maintenance, etc. Be proactive and do whatever it takes to get new carriers on our platform.
Build and maintain relationships with our Carrier partners.
Closely collaborate with business, operations, and product functions to successfully onboard carriers onto our platform.
Collaborate closely with HQ teams (BizDev, Integrations, Product, Finance)

Workplace:
This role is located in Mexico, working remotely with our New Markets Expansion team across LATAM.
