4+ years of relevant market research, statistics, and survey experience, Hands-on experience designing online and phone-based surveys, preferably with Qualtrics, Strong writing and presentation skills, along with data analysis skills, particularly in Excel, Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce..
Key responsabilities:
Design and implement custom surveys in collaboration with Research Directors and survey vendors.
Analyze business outcomes driven by technology adoption and create engaging data visualizations in PowerPoint.
Develop insightful reports and presentations, translating complex data into actionable takeaways.
Manage external research vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables while overseeing data collection processes.
